Arielle is a Licensed Massage Therapist of 12 years specializing in Sarga Bodywork, Arvigo Therapy, TMJ therapy and myofascial release. 

She is very passionate about empowering individuals in how they may live their life pain free and takes care to provide her clients with the tools to create more ease in their lives. Sessions with Arielle often begin with body mapping- an observational technique used to see how the body has adapted to handle its various weaknesses and patterns of compensation. From there she is able to make an individualized treatment plan and utilizes any one of her trained skills to achieve optimal form and function. Bodywork fascinates Arielle and keeps her learning more and more as the years go on. 

Arielle is also a certified instructor for Sarga Bodywork and you can catch her classes in Louisville and Michigan this year.
